My doctoral research focused on the use of classical molecular dynamics simulations and enhanced-sampling methods to investigate the solvation thermodynamics, conformational behaviour, and folding and binding free energies of intrinsically disordered proteins. Ph.D. dissertation was completed in the School of Molecular Sciences at Arizona State University under the supervision of Dr. Matthias Heyden.
